Life is 10 percent what you make it, and 90 percent how you take it. Said Irving Berlin
Either way, there is a choice to live a positive life.
See, every experience is meant to build us into a better version of ourselves. Without the bad and the good experiences, we will never find ourselves. We will never know our worth, or purpose.
Bad experiences come with benefits.
Stressful events make us stronger; we become positively aggressive, we stand up for ourselves, we fight for others, and we seek to change.
Pulling ourselves together and staying calm during a stressful event is a sign of strength. It is this type of mental strength that allows us to choose how we want to live our lives.
In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility. –Eleanor Roosevelt
Good experience humbles us. It makes us appreciate life, and look forward to more positive future experiences even though, there actually might be none coming up.
So, experience (good or bad) is here to build us. Do not give up!
